Privacy policy.

Leadout is operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]] (ABN [[ABN]]), based in Sydney, Australia ("Leadout", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through leadout.digital and our services, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@leadout.digital.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you tell us when you book a call, email us, engage us or become a client.
  • Billing details. What we need to invoice you. Card payments, where offered, are taken by a payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical data. Like any website, our host records IP addresses and pages requested in server logs. This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The booking calendar and web fonts load from their providers, which receive your IP address when they do.
  • Our clients' customer data. When we build for a business, we work with its customers' details inside that business's own systems, on its behalf. That business decides what is collected and why; we process it only to provide the service.

How we use it

  • To answer you, schedule calls and deliver the services you sign up for.
  • To invoice you and keep the records the law requires.
  • To send service messages about your account.
  • To send occasional news about Leadout, if you have agreed to it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only for the purpose you agreed to. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the providers who run parts of our service for us, and only what they need:

  • our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), which hosts client accounts, calendars, conversations and campaigns;
  • our payment and accounting providers, for invoices and payments;
  • Google Workspace, for email;
  • Hostinger, which hosts this website;
  • telephone and messaging carriers that deliver calls and texts.

We will also disclose information when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our providers store data in the United States and other countries. When information leaves Australia, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information while you are a client or prospect and for as long as tax and other laws require afterwards, then delete or de-identify it. We don't keep copies of a client's customer data once a build is handed over, beyond what the work needs.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Email hello@leadout.digital and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honour them.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a privacy matter, tell us first and we will try to fix it. In Australia you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people promptly if a breach puts their information at risk.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. We'll tell clients about significant changes.
